Any ideas why my siren went off?

I have a 550 esp alarm in my truck, I remote started it today, disarmed it, got in, no problems.  I put in the emergency brake and started to pull away.  About ten feet down the road my siren goes off??  I quickly pressed the remote to turn it off.  Sound like a random malfunction, or can it be explained?  Also, I have a manual transmission and my e brake shuts down the remote start.  So probably 5 seconds after the e brake was released it happened.  I didn't hook it up the shutdown wire for the actual brake pedal.  Thanks in advance for any ideas.

that the problems you have to hook up the wire to brake pedal . you still on remote start  mode . if you brake pedal hook up after you do remote start  get in the car and turn on ign key and press on brake pedal alarm will disam you will be ok

The remote start disarms when I put the e brake in, I used the neutral safety switch wire to shut it down.  Plus, this is the first time it's happened and I've been using the remote start for a few weeks now with no problems.
