the check engine comes on when i remote start this car, I erase the code and start with key and it wil work just fine as soon as i remote start the check engine will come back on, check the code p1500 (radiator relay fan malfunction) but everything is fine remote start sistem is a Mannix i've done a few of this sistems before but not a subaru impreza, any ideas will be apreciated, the car has a manual transmission I used a relay to bypass the clutch

Have you connected all the wires on teh backof the ignition?

I have comes across issues with some cars (BMW) where if all wires (acc and ign) are not powered up, computer doesnt work.

Also some remote start systems power up the ignition wire, and then the acc, which is the wrong order.

Some cars expect to see the acc, and then the ign, not the other way around. Hope this makes sense !!!!
