I just installed this alarm in my civic.  I swear I connected everything correctly.  My problem is that the alarm is allowing me to arm it while the door is open.....is this right?  If I wired it wrong please let me know.

wiring is explained below in Alarm to Car format:

Power to White in ignition harness

Black to ground

Yellow  to BLACK / YELLOW in ignition harness

dome light to two diodes to the green and light GREEN/ red wires in the factory alarm harness

parking lights to RED / black behind fuse box

door triggers to white blue and green blue wires behind kick panel

FOrgive me if Im stating what you already said but am I correct in my understanding that the alarm SHOULD be able to be armed while the door is open by me pressing the arm button?  In other words are you saying I have installed the alarm correctly?  Thanks for your answers.
