I tried installing an Ultra start 1250 in my 94 lebaron today. It never learned the tach. Is there a definate place I can hookup for tach voltage? I hooked to both sides of the coil and neither one worked. The door locks are working, but I am getting seven relay pulses that indicate it is in Tach Lock Out mode. The parking lights are not working either, but thats another story. I hooked up to the wire that gave me 12 volts in the on position behind the light switch. Also do I just ground to the engine to check for AC voltage with a VOM.
Thanks

Thanks. It is a 3.0 litre v6 and I tried the BLACK/ gray at the coil and that did not seem to work. I used my VOM and put black to ground and red to the wire. If that is correct for checking AC I was getting 8 volts If I remember correctly.

U could try a Fuel Injector wire.  Odd color wire on any of the Fuel Injectors
