Hello I'm istalling a Huatai ht-700 car alarm w/remote start in a Honda accord 1994 .Everything works great but no remote start ,my dash lights up and in about 3 sec. turns back off and 3 chirps . do i need a relay Help. here is my giagram.

forget it I cant get the picture up ,But I still need help
