alarm going crazy

i was trying to install some led scanners and suddenly the alarm started going crazy..i didn't touch anything except i just cut the wires from the stock led so i connected it back...other than that i didn't touch the system...when i arm it..it starts alarming than turns off and same when i unarm it....what could have set it off and how can i fix it...

the led scanners are 12v unless they are manufaturer specific for alarms, and hooking it up directly to the LED output may have fried some part of the brain.  can you clarifie what kind of scanner and what kind of alarm!

if you have 3 wire setup for scanner make sure that all leads are going to required wires

i have a performance teknique....the remote start one...btw i did not install the led scanner anymore....i took that out cuz it started going crazy so everything is back to start....
