I have the viper 791xv with the dei 530t window module and lately my window on the passenger side in my 2003 ranger has a very hard time coming up. My supervisor said the ranger is the biggest pain in the ass truck he has ever worked on. We pulled the brain out of the system and some of the wires were fried. He thinks that the power surge to get that window to roll up did that. Heres the other funny thing. The drivers side window switch has the hard time rolling the window up. The passenger side button is fine, it rolls the window up no problem. Ever since i had the window module added on the passenger side window has always given me problems now none of the installers in my bay can figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix my window or what is causing it?

Disconnect the window module and bypass the passenger's window completely. Then try using the switch and see if the problem still exists.
Where is the module mounted and grounded? Grounds are the worst problem for window modules.
