Notes:NOTE: This vehicle has an immobilizer system that needs to be bypassed when adding remote start. See direct fax document #1061. *1 Use red or green for the 4 cylinder and white for the 6 cylinder. *2 Found at two tan modules near the hood release. *3 The white wire will unlock the drivers door only, and the BROWN / white will unlock the other doors. use both wires and diode isolate each. *4 To disarm with out unlocking, send a positive trigger to the blue / YELLOW key sense wire. The key sense wire is located at the steering column. *5 Can also find in drivers kick panel in the harness from the rear if the vehicle has a factory alarm. *6 The ECM is under the center console. The VSS wire is in pin 58.

need a ubox or a tata... whatever. you're going to lose a key, and yes you do need to purchase a bypass.
