Ok, this is pretty basic, but the jeep im working on has 2 12volt wires and the remote starter obviously has 2 12 volt wires. Can i hook up both the 12 volt wires to 1 of the ones on the wiring harness or do i have to hook up 1 to each one or do i need to use a relay?
Basically 12v rs____12v jeep
12v rs____other 12v jeep
or can i do 12v rs both to 12v jeep.

Hook 1 wire from the brain to 1 wire of the vehicle, try not to share circuits. You will notice that these two power lines from the brain more than likely have 30 amp fuses in them. Not a good idea to draw that much current through only one line. You do not need a relay.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
