I am working on a honda civic remote, It only received the signal on the driver side, and have to within 0.5 meter. I also tried to install a trunk openner and remote starter, anyone has any suggestions?

Are you trying to tie the factory remote to aftermarket remote starter? Beware that factory remote have poor range.
