Hi, my remote doens't work whit my alarm, not able to arm desarm ect...exemple: When a push to lock on remote the icon Tx whit antenna appear but the icon Rx not appear. same thing for all action on remote.

I'am go to the viper dealer and firts choice is the remote not working correctly or the 2-way anttena not work.

I'am not interest a pay 100.00$ for a remote whitout proof of this problem.

The system is new never installed in a car.

please help me !!

Did you try reprogramming the remote?

Do it right the first time

I know when my remote went bad I was able to upgrade to the new remote for $35. Guess they had a recall of sorts on the white transmitters or something.

Yup... and sameproblem occurs on the blue one. Case changed,guts stayed the same.

There is a small board that is piggybacked onto the mainboard, the connectors between the two become unsoldered. Simple fix with a really small soldering iron.

Yes, i'am reprograming the remote but never communication in tne remote and mainboard. Could the problem be the antenna or a really the remote
