Last week I installed a Crimestopper RS/KE in a 2004 Jeep Liberty. The vehicle didn't have Anti-theft so I used a CHDL-4 for the doorlocks, rear glass, arm/diarm, and parking lights. All worked fine when it left the shop and since it was a Xmas gift, it wasn't used until Xmas day. When the customer was showing her husband how to use it, it flashed the lights for lock and unlock, popped the rear glass, and started the car. When they tried to enter the car, they could not unlock the doors with the neither the CS remote nor the factory one. They couldn't even unlock it with the key! The only way to get in was to turn the key as hard as they could and jerk on the door handle. I checked it and you can't even open it from the inside. It seems like every door lock is frozen. Everything else works fine. Any ideas? I need to know ASAP.

Disconnect the CHDL-4 and remove the (-) from the battery terminal. Now go and use the key to open the doors and see if the doors locks are still hard to turn. Post your results.
