can't find the theft module on a 99 E 350 van V10 or does this year have one??

probably doesn't have one.  Most of the super duty diesel trucks don't come with anything other than keyless entry

Uh... Why are you trying to find the "theft module"? What is said "theft module" supposed to do?
Post something more specific that you need like passlock wires, disarm wires, or door pins.

trying to locate factory arm/disarm wires, info on wiring sheet points to theft module. what is and where??
