i just finished putting in a remote starter in a 05 colarado, i know about the no need for starter wire, but when it came to the bypass, i got lost,  the paper said passlock 2...but no yellow, black (or ORANGE / black) wires for the bypass to hook up to, the tech line said it was an ion set up, but yet once again, that slowed me down another 15 min...grrr... i've got 5 wires, all white with different colour tracers, anyone able to help here?

I use the OMEGA PLXR  a LOT easier

Wires up like ION

Some still wire up with 2 Relays & resistors

Some use the DEI 555L
Be sure to hold Ignition Key in CRANK position to get corect Resistance..........It won't hurt it

ok, now to sound really dumb here  but i wire it up as a ion system but leave it programd as passlock 2? the reason i think that is i had wired it up as a ion and programd like a ion but it still locked me out for 15 min . unless i did something wrong...which is possible 05 colarado bypass -- posted image.
