I've got an old version of Clifford TechData & tried to install it on my Windows 2000 machine. It comes up with a message: "The subscription period for this application has expired. Please contact Clifford Customer Services for subscription renewal information."

Yet the software works ok on my old Libretto laptop (it was installed & setup with the date set to 1998)

Does anyone know how I can get it to work on the new machine, without having to reinstall & change the dates?

Reinstall with the date changed, or download a new version.

When i say installed, I mean the laptop was installed & the date purposely set to an earlier one, to trick the software.

I've got too much stuff on the 2000 machine to be bothered reinstalling etc.

I want the old version of the software, as it has all the G4 & previous installation manuals etc.. and it also allows access to the brains without having to first input the valet code.

There is a piece of software called "TechDataReset".. i'm assuming its some sort of date reset for the software, available from Clifford to allow continued use of the software.. Anyone know anything about it?
