i just installed a boa remote starter with my viper 210hv keyless(ch.3) and with the 2 power wires on the boa disconnected i have decent(200ft) range but once i connect the boa remote wires. i have very, very poor range like 10-20 feet. checked the grounds and wiring and think maybe a bad unit(boa). anybody have this problem and or possible solution. thanks in advance. did you run the antena to the top that it helps alot

yes, i tried extending the range by connecting longer wire on viper ant. b/c the starter activates from the viper.(so i need to carry only one remote) i wonder if theres conflict when the boa's connected? i should try diconnecting the input/output wires and use the remote with the boa. guess if i cant get decent range will probably install an ultra starter 1250 hear they have very good range.
