I had a Valet 554 2-way installed a few months ago.  All was fine until a four weeks ago. The system now works great everywhere, except where I need the remote start the most ,at work. It seems that the new Cell phone tower or the new Fire House is transmitting on the same frequency as the alarm.  I can place the remote right on the antenna and it doesn't work. The system works fine anywhere else. I need to know what frequency the system uses (also known as HF+) I have purchased a new Autopage RS-855-LCD, but if it operates on the same frequency there is no use in installing it. I think the Autopage uses 433Mhz. Any help or input is greatly appreciated.

433Mhz is what all DEI transmitters run at except the responder 2 way remotes.
It is unlikly a cell tower is interfering. but a radio tower will.....

pick up an RF sniffer and try to track the problem down yourself...... it may not be the tower but something else that is killing that frequency.......

as Shaughn said it running at 433Mhz.... but it's ASK not HF+  it could be the radio system the Firehall uses, something like that....
