Does anyone know how to use the 2nd channel of my alarm remote to drop my car when I get out? I was told "YOU WILL NEED TO RUN 2 WIRES A RED AND BLACK FROM TRUNK TO THE DASH.
RED WIRE IS FOR 12VOLTS CONSTANT TO RELAY #86W.
BLACK WIRE IS FROM ALARM NEGATIVE AUX CHANNEL OUTPUT TO #85 ON RELAY
SET UP 4 RELAY TIEING ALL POWER WIRES TOGETHER AND RUNNING THE OUTPUTS SEPERATE TO DUMP POSITIVE WIRES AND THIS WILL WORK EVEN WITH THE GROUND UNPLUGGED. ONLY USE THIS FOR DUNPING A RIDE NEVER LIFTING. ALSO WORKS FOR AIR TOO, UP AND DOWN. LIKE ON MY TAHOE" Will this work? Anyone with information please share. Thanks in advance!

underground,

I did this years ago when I was a kid...quote me if iam wrong...your alarm will send a negative signal, so you need to convert that to a positive signal to open the dumps.. ( make sure you slow your dumps or you know... it will dropto fast)  Wire up the relay at the #86 and #30 to 12+ constant. On the #85 hook up the output  from your alarm which is the 2nd channel out is (-). On the #87 this is the wire you hook up to your dumps, it will send a positive signal. Now remember, you can use the second channel out out to dump the car or raise the car... but you have to hold the seccond channel on your alarm remote untill it lowers completely or raises completely. Or you can use a timed relay to dump your car when you activate your alarm, in this case use the wire that sends a negative signal when activated and atimed relay and hook wire it up the same way. Don't use a timed relay to raise the car on juice( on juice you will do all kinds of damages, on air you could use a timed relay).  Another cool thing i use to do is use the same wiring I just told you and use the wire that send's  a negative signal when armed  instead of the second channel out put, and this will make your car drop completely when your alarm goes off and if you have a seanotched truck or car it makes it farely impossible to drive away or drag away or even drag up a tow truck.

Good luck. hope this helps imsome way..
