After installing an Audiovox remote start, with a 555G bypass here is what happens.
Car remote starts but security light comes on and stays on. If car is started with the key everything WAS fine.
After checking all our wiring and swapping out the 555g for two others..testing key sense ect.
NOw the car will NOT START AT ALL even with the key!
Any help will be appreciated.

555g doesn't work well with that year of venture/montana
use the PKG5 from trilogix or GMBP from same company

Make sure that you place the programming jumper in the right way as well for the GMBP, I had it start OK, but the security light would stay on if the jumper was in the vertical position. I got complacent in always putting the jumper in vertically, but for these modules you have to use it in the horizontal position.
