I am installing a Viper 350 Hv into a 97 Vw golf.  The only thing that I am questioning is installing the trunk hatch release.  The wiring diagram tells me that the wire is grey and grounded by the switch at rest.  It is also telling me  to use a relay to isolate the switch side of the trunk release wire from seeing 12v.  How would I wire up the relay?  Thanks

Pin 85- alarm
Pin-86- 12V
Pin 87a-switch side of trunk wire
Pin 87- polarity of trunk release (positive I think... 12V)
Pin 30- solenoid side of trunk release wire
Switch is in glovebox... on the radio side next to courtesy light.
