1995 Cavalier Alarm Kill Switch

I need help with 1995 Chevy Cavalier Alarm Kill Switches!!!! My car will start but will automaticlly die after about 3-5 seconds. The car has been stolen before so I have put in  a new ignition (not factory) steering colum still needs a little help, but there are also wires that have been cut and I havn't figured out what/where they go. Please Help Me!!!!!

It sounds like you have an issue with the passlock I system. Make sure the three little wires coming from the key are connected. They are probably black or yellow, black, and BLACK/ white. Check to see if any of them was cut and not reconnected when you did the ignition repair.

Thank-you for responding to my question!!! I had suspected those wires to be a problem some where down the line. I have one more question for you.....how/where do I conect the wires you had mentioned?Thanks again you've been a life-saver!!

Well if one or more of  those wires have been cut then you should have two ends laying around. You would obviously match up the colors. Do you have some broken or cut wires there? Any other electrical issues? The better you describe things the better chance someone can help.
