any autostart alarms out there with built in window modules?

i dont think any alarm comes built in with those, it would be waaaaay too many wires to run inside the door panel.

I know the old Clifford Avant's, I think it was the avant 5 or so, had them but the damn thing came in a suitcase. There is no reason to base your alarm decision on this option as it can be added to just about any alarm, or to any alarm that has an acc output.
