Vehicle: 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

Is there a way to press 1 button to completly close the sunroof?

This is not a simple open and close sunroof. Basically what happens is when you hold the button one way, it will completly retract to the rear allowing complete access through the sunroof. When you hold the button in the opposite way it just opens the rear of the sunroof giving it more of a "spoiler" look only allowing air to get into/out of the vehicle from the back panel of the sun roof.

My question: Is there a way that you can have a module close the sunroof no matter what position is in? Remember this is a multidirectional sunroof so having the transmitter hold a charge in one direction will not close it.

Thank you for your help guys.

Micro Sciences (twindows) makes a controller module that works for dual motion sunroofs...has one touch operation, electronic circuit breaker for over current...Model TS-1A I think. have one in a customers '98 Explorer, still works fine. may want to look them up.
