everythign was working fine after i got my alarm installed viper 791xv. and now for some reason my dors dont open or close. when botton is pressed you can hear the doors close but they dont they stay open. alam is activated. donno what happened

Actually they can bobk ;), but my guess is it's about door locks as well.

What year, make, and model vehicle is this in mishkakasalapiy  ...and are you talking about your door locks? Did you have to add one or more door lock actuators?

its a 2000 honda civic the installer sinstalled it. i dont know what they did

Please be a bit more specific. "You can hear the doors close but they don't stay open" ???? What do you mean?

the door actuator cables are too tight. keeping the door latch open.

the door solenoids they installed are poorly installed go back to the shop and have them fix it. Does your car have factory door locks?

did they use an actuator or solenoid to pop your doors open?
