I have a Viper 791 that I added a radar sensor to and have been having some problems with it, I think I can now attribute them to the fact that I have the input of the sensor wired (with diodes to isolate) the trunk input on the alarm.
From what I can tell the trunk does not have a warn away, it only sets the alarm on 100% or nothing. Can someone confirm this?
On the alarm I have (or want)
== Turn on alarm 100% ===============
Doors Input
Trunk Input
Battery Disconnect Input
Glass Break Sensor
== Warn Away then Turn on alarm 100% =
Shock Sensor
Radar (Proximity) Sensor

Use the unused wire off of the shock sensor harness for the input from the proximity sensor. It is multiplexed like the shock sensor and will give you the warn away. Covered in the manual.
