I have a '94 Honda Accord EX automatic. The rear defroster is a push button by the steering wheel. There are about 6 wires coming out of the back. Which one would I connect to make the defroster turn on? I do see one black ground wire. Not positive which one to use. Thanks.

it's likely negative triggered, but unless your alarm has a timed output, I don't think that it will work.  You'll likely need a relay as well on a 94.  Either way, you'll have to test the wires like dare says.  Which one(s) are constant and which one(s) change when you press the button.  I'd pay particularly close attention to wires that show a change WHILE you PRESS the button and also AFTER you LET GO of the button.

Some cars switches only trigger a momentary charge, while others stay charged the entire time that the defrost is on.  If I remember right the 791xv has a dedicated defront output so it is likely programmable to the car.

Good luck!  791xv Accord Rear Defroster -- posted image.

I found the wire, it was a yellow/another color lol, I don't recall. If any of you are curious I can tell ya. I just hooked up my (-) AUX to it and I can turn it on and off. The dedicated wire for the defroster I didn't get to work so I just used the AUX, so I can control it if I don't want the defroster on. Thanks!
