Installing door actuators on my TJ

Thanks to the help from this board, I was able to install my piezo without any difficulties, now on to a new project :D

I am starting to mount actuators (pumps) on my doors so that when my Clifford 600 arms itself, it locks the doors, and unlocks them when I disarm.  The mounting part seems to be rather straight forward, but I'll need some help with the wiring of the actuators to the Concept 600.  A few questions for starters:

1- My actuators have a green and blue wire.  I was expecting the standard RED / black wire combination, but I started to think that maybe one wire is used for locking, the other for unlocking.  Am I right?

2- Do actuators freeze over winter and stop working?  I live in Canada, and it's not uncommon for temperates to hit -30 degrees Celsuis on some days.  I've noticed that my door is already a little harder to lock/unlock by key, so I'm worried it might cause my key to not turn fully when I want to lock/unlock should the actuators freeze up.

I won't ask about the wiring of it until I can provide more info about the alarm wires, but I do remember seeing something like 5 different cables for door locks on the 600, stuff like 'normally open', 'normally closed', etc, which I have no idea about.  I also saw a relay wiring diagram in the relay section for door actuators, is that the way I need to wire the 2 relays?

Considering that I drive alone a lot of times, when I arm the alarm, will it lock the unlocked driver side door and unlock the locked passenger side??

1.  YES
