Hi all,
I just bought this car a few weeks ago. It came with Clifford intelliguard 7000. I also have the Stock Alarm. When this first happened, I had armed with the Clifford with the passenger door open. Before I disarm the system I shut the passenger door. There was no shock trigger or door triggers. A few minutes later, I tried to unlock the car with the remote, the stock alarm triggered as it sees the door unlocks. Now I might have blown the fuse or relay. I have no clue it was the stock alarm since I have not read the accord manual. So I spent $50 to have a shop tell me to unlock it with the key. So intermittently the Stock alarm will arm or trigger on unlock. Now the Stock Alarm will not arm with the clifford anymore. But my Clifford system had failed to arm or disarm with remote a number of times last week. It has been working fine for almost a week.
Anyone of you know what I should do or look at before I fork out $400 for a new system? The place that ripped me off only spent 5 mins locking and unlocking before they tell me they can put in another one for $200.

well I have been using the Clifford only but the Clifford is beginning to fail. There are times the remote will not disarm the system. I have auto arming and locking turned on. So at this point it might not be a major issue. Anyone else have any idea?
