05 Ram CTD Wiring Question

Hi Everyone,  First time on this forum and looking for help.  I have an 05 Ram with the Cummins Diesel.  I installed a remote starter that is functional, but I have three wires that I yet need to connect to finish the job correctly. 

1) I need to connect to a tachometer wire.  The instructions told me where to find it, but I would prefer not to tap into a wire that it that exposed to the elements. The recommended one of the wires in a 60 pin connector at the ECM which is located on the bottom of the block on the drivers side of the motor. I would prefer to pick up the signal behind the instrament if possible. 

2) I need to connect to the "wait to start" wire preferably also behind the dash.

3) I need to connect to the dome light feed for one of the security system connections and don't know the color or location.

Thanks for the additional information. I keep seeing this "DirectFax document 1091" on several lists refering to my waite to start wire. I have no idea where to find this document. Can anyone tell me where to find this document?
