I installed a keyless and remote start in my 2000 Mazda 626 and it works good. My only problem is since I am not using the factory keyless remote it honks the horn if the ignition isn't turned on within 30 sec. Can someone tell me how to remove or bypass the factory alarm so it won't do this?

Unfortunately the only way to disarm this alarm is with the factory remote or by turning on the ignition.  Now I am not 100% sure which ignition wire needs to be powered up, but you would need a relay to power up the ignition wire after or at the same time as it unlocks.

Does it take pos or neg trigger? Can you just hook this wire so it is constant and it will never arm? If it needs a relay instead can someone point me towards a diagram or pin numbers? Thanks.

according to my techsoft program it says that you can disarm the factory alarm by sending a positive pulse to the blue / YELLOW key sense wire located at the steering column... hope this helps!

I tried that and it just beeps the key buzzer. It doesn't disarm the alarm. Do you know where the alarm module is?

coming in from the driver door tag the light GREEN/ red wire with a negative signal . you can just split the unlock thru 2 diodes and tap both wires.
