Does any know if the 507M, which is suppose to be the new version of the 507T, has a fix for the falsing problem that almost everybody seems to encounter, like here:

https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=41541&KW=tilt

I looked at the instructions for the 507M and everything seems the same, except they replaced the delay and sensitivity dip switches with hard wires that you cut to select modes.  If they fixed the falsing problem, I want to give this sensor a try, but I don't want to buy it and have it be a repackaged 507T.

Thanks

I have not had a problem installing 507T units at all.

Had one in a 1997 Bravada falsing, but I had accidently set the motion to max with a 1 degree incline.  I set it to low with a 3 degree and it didn't false anymore.

Where do you guys have it mounted?  Is it on the bare metal of the body?  Is it at a slight angle or relatively flat?
