I have installed an Omega Comfort Start remote start/keyless entry in '02 Trailblazer. Using DEI 457G for passlock and data bus. Everything is working except remote locks. The Comfort start is recieving the signal and flashed the parking lights and beeps horn, but the locks don't work. The unlock works fine. Remote start works fine.

Thanks

Geoffrey

I saw a momentary pulse just like with the unlock. How is the best way to check the output?

Thanks

BTW ... Did not hook up OEM Arm or Disarm leads from Comfort Start. Did not use (-) Door triger input or Panic wire on 457.

Yes the 457 seems to be working fine for the OEM arm/disarm.

Thanks

POWER LOCK                             use Directed module
POWER UNLOCK                             part #455G *3

NOTE: This vehicle has the passlock II immobilizer system that, when adding a remote start, must be interfaced with. Use DEI part 555L. *1 The liftgate glass ajar switch wire is purple. It is also located at the liftgate module in the liftgate. *2 The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is on the driver side of the motor. *3 If Directed module part #455G is not available, refer to directfax document #1053.

this is all i could find on the locking

Thanks. The 457G is "supposed to" replace both modules for this vehicle. Maybe I should have used both instead of the all in one.

Was it a negative pulse or positive? Put a meter or test light on +12v and the other side to the output. You should see it light up or see 12v on the meter when you press lock or unlock.
