listen there is only two wires in most if not all clutch manual cars some cars have two clips etc hondas . one is for ? and the other is for the starter a clutches job is just to complete the circut what happens is there is a normally open relay setup for manual cars and when you press the clutch it closes the relay and alows the starter to start. take a multimeter and do a continuity test on the clip you have removed touch onme end of meter on the starter wire from cylinder and touch the other on one of the two wires in that clip , if you get continuity than test the other wire in the clip and if you dont than press the clutch in and then if you get the tone you only should have to connectec those wires together . bypassing clutches is not hard i have done it in dozens of cars gm, nissan, honda, acura, etc . and no problem.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

On a 92 Integra, there are two switches, one switch has  two wires, not sure what its for,  one is pink and the other black,  the  other switch is bl/blue and black, that one is the starter wire, I just jumpered both of them, I used my DMM meter to fine this wire, Maybe the CAMERO's have two switches too!  maybe you should look for that,  both switches are located at the clutch pedels,  if you don't want to jumper the wire, use a relay and there should be a (-) neg connection on the alarm with the remote start.  GOOD LUCK

I sure hope you have a failsafe, like taking that clip and wiring to your emergency brake some how. That way the emergency brake has to be on in order to start the car. Car started in gear = lawsuit. I have seen it. Unless you have them sign a waiver.
