I'm currently installing a compustar remote start and alarm and wiring the second starter relay of an 05 Maxima.

If memory serves me correctly I use the standard pre-wired relay for Starter wire #1 (this relay is wired for anti-grind, starter kill, and starter), and just wire a second relay off of the (-) starter output wire from the brain with a seperate 12 volt.

If I remember correctly if starter wire #1 has been interupted, then it doesn't matter if key is inserted and starter wire #2 is energized.  (ie...Anti-grind and starter kill options do not need to be wired to starter wire 2)  Just wonderin if some nice installer could verify my memory for me...

Thanks in advance
