Hi all, I was wondering if anyone can post the tables to setup the options of my compustar. The installer give me the manuals for the remotes but not for the main unit itself. I'd like to set up some options (i.e. passive arming vs. passive arming + locking).
Another question:
Does the AUX1/2 connections need an additional unit to be installed? or is it just wiring? I want the Aux to control my power windows. (Mazda MPV LX 2001)
RPS is also listed as an option on my unit, and the pager indicates that there indeed is such an option. But: the installer didn't put any sensor on the windshield, do I need one? Can it function without? and should the unit have come with one?
thanks much.

Installer Manual
You will need window module.
| LF WINDOW UP/DN|RED / blk - yel/grn   |A |LF window switch            |
| RF WINDOW UP/DN|grn/wht - pink      |A |drivers kick panel          |
| LR WINDOW UP/DN|RED / blu - RED / yel   |A |drivers kick panel          |
| RR WINDOW UP/DN|blu/wht - grn/red   |A |drivers kick panel          |
RPS option is not needed for the unit to operate properly. It will function better without it in my opionion. You will not get any false alarm if the RPS ever become defective.

thanks very much for answering so quickly. that installer manual is exactly what I'm looking for.
How much would the window module cost?
your last statement was confusing.
does RPS work without the additional sensor? Will the shock sensor work to sense the "high frequency" vibrations?
if the RPS module *IS* needed, how much would it cost

Window roll up and down.
The RPS is a sensor. It is just a plug-in to the alarm in order for it to work. If you buy me a large coffee I can give you one for the exchange.   If you don't live in Toronto and still interested and want to get, private message me with your mailing address.   BTW, before you go out and buy me a coffee. Ask your installer to see if they have one. If they didn't install it then they probably have one lying around.
