When you say bypass, what are you referring to the chip in your key, or do you have a factory alarm.

If it is the chip in your key, look for a larger gauge orange wire that actually has two smaller whit wires inside of it.  This will be in the steering column coming from the key cylinder and the wire is actually very distinct since it is not completely round and you should be able to trace it to a connector where you can see the two thin gauge wires inside.  Then you need to use a digital multi meter to check the resistance between the two sides of the key, and buy a resistor within 5% of the reading you get. Then if you want to permanently bypass this getting rid of the necessity for having a chip in the key, then you just cut the two wires and put the resistor between the two wires leading to the engine compartment. For other bypass methods that leave the integrity of the anti-theft device intact,  ask me and I will let you know your options.

If you are talking about a factory alarm, you need to pulse the lt. Green wire in the drivers door harness with a negative pulse to disarm with unlock and before remote start.
