i have a 96 s10 in wich im shaving the door handles how can i hook it up to just flip the locks anybody got any ideas?

Be a little more descriptive. What locks...power locks...door latches? Is the unit already installed?

i have a aftermarket wiring harness in the truck the locks are off a 91 caprice they are installed and workingbut im looking for a general direction to go right now i have the locks grounded  and a relay  and momentary switch on the positive side of the lock the lock is acting as my solenoid

not too clear on how you have the setup put together, so you are able to pop the door open with a switch right now? if so you can easily wire it to a keyless system to remote open the doors.
