I dont know why but I would like to wire more sirens inside my car, approx 6, my question is how do I wire them up so I have enough power to power them all up. I have a battery back-up and 791xv in the accord right now already, but would powering 6 sirens be too much for the battery back-up? should I wire in another battery backup to power the sirens? I know I need some sort of relay if anyone could give me exact details that would be great. Thanks

Relay diagram for connecting more sirens.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.adding 6 more sirens -- posted image.

I would recommend hooking up one siren directly off the siren output from the brain, then run the rest off of the relay output; that way when the system is working normally, the BBU is only providing current to run one siren and activate the relay and you still have all sirens active. Plus if the power is disconnected, you still have one siren operational.
Life moves pretty fast; if you don't stop and look around once in a while; you could miss it.

Hey all
After searching through the fourms I get conflicting facts.
this is what I have
viper 791xv
DEI battery backup
DEI backup siren
I want to add 6 more sirens, question is do I connect the postive from the siren to pin 86 or pin 85?
if the BBU is only providing current to run one siren, and if main battery gets cut, all sirens are off, how can I fix this? Can I add a small 12v battery as a backup?
