what do you want to do , if you have a siren all you need to do is diode isolate the wire for parking lights and the new pos to the horn. on the keyless entry system so when the system send pos to the lights it will send pos to the horn making it chirp . and it will not turn on when you turn the parkign lights on manually see diode section to do this. if you need help email me i will be glad to help.

Thank you for your input djfearny2. I am installing a separete horn to work with the remote starter/ keyless entry.  There is a wire from the remote starter/ keyless entry device I installed. Do I connect the +12v from battery to one terminal and the wire from the remote starter to the other terminal or what. Thank you for your help
