Can anyone help with a 00 town car r/s (crimestopper rs900) Got an oem transponder bypass ford unit 1L2Z-19G365-AB. Can anyone tell me how to wire it-came without instructions. Thanks.

Cut the plug off of the end. Hook up the red wire to 12v+ constant, and the black wire to the active out (-) or the ignition 3 (-) out on your module. You can cut the white wire off and tape it up you don't need it.

Basically get the remote start  ready to go, meaning tach is learned if your using it etc.  Take your first key and turn the ignition ON. Watch the theft light in your dash come on solid for a few seconds. As soon as the theft light goes out remove the first key and put the second key in and turn the ignition on. Again watch the theft light and as soon as it goes out remove the key and push the start button on your remote start. The ignition should come on and the theft light should be solid and then go out. If the theft light blinks hit the brake because it didn't take.. Retry the procedure.. You have to do the whole procedure fairly quick so it may take a few tries. Again you NEED at least 2 keys programmed to the vehicle.

I haven't had any problems Programming the PKF-1 other than trying to use a Generic Ford Key.............It has to be a FORD Programmed Key
