Hi everybody!

I would like to install this unit in a 2004 Chevy Impala. I know there are other components needed to complete the install, but I don't know what they are. Can someone please tell me exactly what I need besides the unit itself, and exactly where I can buy those things? I really appreciate your help, thank you!

Hmmm.... amazing.

Why don't you purchase a reputable, known, brand name remote start for your car. DEI, Autostart, Compustar all make solid stuff that is proven, working technology.

Why risk damaging your own, fairly new, moderately expensive vehicle to some cheapo piece of crap you can get for cheap on eBay? (Note to others purchasing the cheapest POS online as well.) Think about this.... the amount of time you may waste putting in something no one has heard about, not to mention possible car damage, not to mention other's time for trying to figure out what is wrong with the "XYZ POS" you got for such a great deal. You have just saved nothing. Nothing at all.

PS: As an example, our shop would charge you $289, installed, including the unit, bypass, everything. Lifetime warranty on unit, and install. Add $45 for keyless. Cheap. No worries.

hey seb

don't waste your time buying that system.

buy a known brand, www.ultrastarters.com, www.dei.com , www.computsar.org (maybe a little to expensive) or another known brand

and you need a bypass

maybe you can find some of these bypasses closer to your location and maybe named differently.

In agreement with Gus and the others.....also curious if you have experience installing this type of thing? Reason I ask is your comment about being unsure what components would be needed for the installation. If you do, disregard this. If you don't, take it to someone to be done.
