I have a 555L Bypass module laying around. WIll it work for my 05 Nissan Titan LE Crewcab? If this will not work wich one will i need, Does it require the use of the spare key?

no, 555L is a GM passlock 1 and 2 bypass.

you need a 556U which uses a spare key.
