I recently installed an Autoloc universal power window conversion kit in my 99 Dakota. I didn't like the switches that it came with so I bought some of the stock switches from e-bay. The switches didn't come with any wires attached. Does anyone know where I can solder wires on?
I have included a picture of everything that I received (the pic is from ebay).
Also, the windows are pretty slow to unroll/rollup, does anyone know if this is typical or am I missing something. It takes aprox 5 seconds to roll the windows down or up.
Thanks for any help.

The Switches you have are probably NOT capable of Switching the Power Windows you have because of the Load.  You should use Relays powered by the Switches.
The slowness could be caused by a number of things, not to mention the Brand of Power Windows.  Be sure you lube the Tracks & the windows slide fairly easy.  Adjustment of the Tracks may be necessary.
