i install a audiovox 901 remote start security combo in a 95 golf. for the keyless portion i tapped into the factory alarm module. i didn't use relays as the audiovox 901 has has positive pulse capabilities which the 95 golf uses. now every now and again as my sister goes to get open the drivers door to get out the her car the factory alarm falses and goes off.  am i able to just unplug the factory alarm module to fix my problem or will i have to use diodes, the golf is a vacuum system and requires a double pulse. and like i said it doesn't always false. thanx for any info

u need to hook up the factory disarm from the 901 to the unlock wire in the car......

Use a single pulse to disarm on the unlock wire without unlocking.

Where theres is a wire there's a way.
