follow the 4 pin plug off the ign cylinder...it'll go to a plug to the right of the column... thats usually where i grab these wires.....

any more info would require you mentioning what type of Ford vehicle you are working on.....

thanks, it's a 00 expdeition.

Also on the door triggers I used the light blue/white from the factory remote entry and hooked the - door trigger wire to it and it kept saying the door was open when it was close and i would open while armed and it did not sound.

It is the compustar remote start/alarm combo  2wssas

thanks again!

For the RX & TX wires, if your not sure connect them up and remote start the vehicle. If it fires up you got the right ones, if it sits there and does nothing or cranks and doesn't start, reverse the wires and reprogram the module and it will work.
As far as the door triggers go, did you use the RED or the RED / WHITE wire from the Compustar unit's harness ? Sounds like you used the (+) door trigger input instead of the negative ( RED / WHITE )

I put the RED / white wire with the light blue/white and it does nothing.

I see a run of wires that look like they come from the ignition area, any idea which 2 of the 4?

Thanks

there are two blue/white wires at the keyless module, make sure you have the right one.

I finally got the it bypassed. The problem I have now after remote starting the blower motor does not work. I have the white acc. wire from the remote starter hooked to the largeer grey and yellow wire per the manual, am I missing something?

Thanks ,
