If theft light is on but it starts OK, then the problem is that the code is not learned properly. Make sure that your ground is good and also the ground when running wire is indeed outputting a solid ground.

Some will disagree with this, but I never have issues with Theft Light.

This is how I hook up MARS 22

Vehicle                               MARS 22

PINK             =               YELLOW

WHITE          =              YELLOW / Green ( Be sure Jumper is set for Ignition 2 )
ORANGE     =                SPDT Relay for Ignition 3  ( from Satellite port )
BROWN      =                WHITE

I haven't figured it out............
Either bad connections, wrong connections, ByPASS problems or both.
Even using some of the OFF Brands ( I do use the OMEGA ByPASS Units on ALL Installs ), the Theft Lite issue has not surfaced.  But the posts I read, it seems to be one for the DIYer

I have the IM-01 ground while running hooked to the (-) satellite port on the mars 22.  Should I hook that up with a relay for a better ground?  I own a small customizing shop and just started remote installs.  I'm Learning as I go.
