they are 5 wire doorlocks

where are you getting the wires from in the car

try switching the pins where you have the switch going to and the motor on the relay

If using Relays............Be sure you have SPDT ( Single Pole Double Throw ) Relays.

2 SPDT RELAYS:

Cut LOCK  & UNLOCK Wire in Half.

One Half goes to SWITCH
One Half goes to ACTUATOR

Relay 1

LOCK:

PIN 87 =  12 Volts ( + ) Constant
PIN 87a =  wire from Door Lock Switch
PIN 30 =  wire to Actuator
PIN 85 = Negative Lock Output from Alarm
PIN 86 = Constant 12 volt ( + )

Relay 2

UNLOCK:

PIN 87 =  12 Volts ( + ) Constant
PIN 87a =  wire from Door UnLock Switch
PIN 30 =  wire to Actuator
PIN 85 = Negative UnLock Output from Alarm
PIN 86 = Constant 12 volt ( + )

ok Mo,

I wired up two relays he way u said and still no go.. it still blows the fuse.. because if post 87 and 86 are wired to constant 12 volts that means that post 87a is now 12 volts and i connect to the switch side wire that rest on ground it blows the fuse. rem when the wires are cut the switch side rest on ground and the motor side has nothing.. now he wires hat i'm working with are pink / YELLOW and pink/lt green and they are locate behind the driver headlight.. is it possible that i don' have the correct wires.

If you are blowing fuses then something must be wrong in the wiring. The diagram and the post from mo are correct. Recheck your connections.

If PIN 87 & 87a has Voltage together...................

Sounds like you are NOT using SPDT Relays???

When Relay is NOT Activated:
PIN 30 & PIN 87a is connected
PIN 87 is Neutral
PIN 86 should have 12 Volts +
PIN 85 should have 0 Volts

When Relay IS Activated:

PIN 30 & PIN 87 is connected
PIN 87a is Neutral
PIN 86 should have 12 Volts +
PIN 85 should have Negative Pulse Input

Mo, yo tell me if I'm useing the write relay it's a
BOSCH RELAYS (SAYS 30A-IS 40A)(BOSCH # 0 332 019 150)
FIVE TERMINALS, BRACKET MOUNT

I have 1/2 dozon and every single one I tested with my meter shows I have a connection between pin 87 and 87a and 30 is neutral when the relay is NOT ACTIVATED. But when the relay is ACTIVATED I have a connection between pin 87 and pin 30 and 87a is neutral. with is the opposite of what u r telling me. If I have the wrong relay ? what do u suggest...
