I will preface this by saying I am a novice when it comes to GM installs, so please don't laugh too loud.

2004 Chevy Tahoe, Crimestopper RS-999-TW1, GM-SL

PROBLEM  As wired, the RS will perform tach-finder mode (parking lights flash) and will change to tach mode by pressing the brake pedal, but the remotes do not work.  I have tried to program them, but the RS will not enter the code learning mode (parking lights do not flash).  The remotes act as if the antenna is not connected.  The RS never attempts to start the vehicle.
On the GM-SL I have connected the following:

Connector 1:
Brown ------------------White from 7 pin connector on RS-999-TW1
Blue----------------------Yellow/Black @ pin 3
Purple-------------------Pin 2 on diagnostic plug
White--------------------Blue on door lock connector
Cyan---------------------Green on door lock connector
Grey/Black------------Grey/black @BCM Black plug pin "E"(ground when dome light off)
BLACK/ White-----------Not used
Pink----------------------Pink @ Steering column
Red----------------------- 12 V +
Black--------------------Chassis Ground

Connector 2:
White------------Pink @ pin 7 on RS

As far as the RS-999-TW1 connections, the wires I have not used are:
Brown @pin 4
Green @Pin 5
ORANGE / Black @pin 9
Orange @pin 10
Red @ door lock plug

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Richard

Also, I can ground the Green wire (Start activation input) from the rs and it will start and work perfectly.  It acts as if the antenna or the remotes are not working.  Any Ideas?

It will or won't enter programming mode. If it will try to re-learn the remotes to the brain. I am a crimetsopper dealer and weve had a couple that weren't lprogrammed to the brain they were shipped with. Hope this helps.

It will not enter program/learn mode, but does everything else.  The remotes don't work, but grounding the start activation input starts the vehicle.   I took it out and tried to do it on the bench, and it still doesn't enter remote learning mode.  Could I have a bad RS, or is there something else I should try?

No, I don't have another, I'm strictly a DIY'er.  I talked to Mark @Crimestopper and he didn't know either.
