Not sure if the Bonneville uses a central door trigger system or not, but just hook up the driver door pin switch wire and test to see if all the other doors when open produces voltage through the driver pin switch wire.If not then a 4001N ( 1 amp ) diode will have to be installed in all the other doors wires that do not activate the when the door is opened. The Bonneville uses a Type A 3 wire negative door lock system , you are correct. Very basic and no need for relays.
When you purchase the DEI window roll modules( one modules control 2 windows up and down ) , there will be a diagram with the unit and instruction. You can go here for the required wires for the windows for the Bonneville: https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/detail.asp?info=alarm&year=1996&make=Pontiac&model=Bonneville&ID=18757&type=Alarm
