I am doing an eclipse av-7000 install on a 2003 ford f-250 and need the vss wire for it. My diagram says driver side fender (pcm), but its too hard to get to. Is there any other easier locations? The navigation seems to work fine without it, but i like to hook up all the wires i can.

if there's a second plug at the radio, it's grey/black in that plug, also grey/black at the instrument cluster, also grey/black at the cruise control module, etc' etc

Is it the only gray/black in the car? I tapped gray/black at a bundle comin in from the car and it didnt work.
